Why some prompts work better than others
Imagine two people asking an AI for help writing a community event poster. One types 'make a poster'. The other explains the audience, purpose, location and tone. The second person usually gets a much better result because the AI has enough information to understand the task. Prompting is simply the skill of communicating clearly with an AI system.
