Creating a community newsletter

The 4-section template that fits any neighbourhood newsletter on one A4 page.

Four sections, one page

A community newsletter on a single A4 sheet that actually gets READ contains:

1. WHAT HAPPENED (one paragraph + one photo of last week's event). 2. WHAT'S COMING UP (3–5 bullets with date / time / where). 3. ONE VOICE (a 100-word quote from a community member — rotate each issue). 4. HOW TO GET INVOLVED (two clear ways and contact info).

Print on recycled paper for places without phones. Email the PDF for everyone else. Publish monthly — frequency builds habit.
