Erasmus+ for youth workers

How a small youth or community group can send staff on funded mobility.

Not just for students

Erasmus+ Youth is for organisations supporting young people aged 13–30. Even tiny groups (3+ people, no track record) can apply for two types of mobility:

• KA1 'Mobility of Youth Workers' — staff training abroad (3–60 days). • KA1 'Youth Exchanges' — group exchanges between countries (5–21 days).

Grants cover travel, accommodation, daily allowance, and visa costs. Applications go via your National Agency (find yours at erasmus-plus.ec.europa.eu). Three rounds per year. Successful first-timers often work in partnership with an experienced organisation.
