Your data, your right
Every time you use a website, visit a doctor, or apply for a job, organisations collect information about you. Under the EU's General Data Protection Regulation, known as the GDPR, you have the right to ask any organisation what personal data it holds about you. This request is called a Subject Access Request, or SAR.
