Why indoor audio can be difficult
Many new filmmakers assume indoor recording is easier than outdoor recording. In reality, hard surfaces such as walls, windows, tiled floors, and ceilings create reflections that make dialogue sound distant and echoey. A quiet room is not always a good-sounding room.
