EU AI Transparency & Compliance Certificate
Article 50 is the part of the European Union Artificial Intelligence Act that sets specific transparency rules for certain AI systems and AI-generated or manipulated content. In simple terms, it deals with situations where people may need to be told that they are interacting with AI, or that content has been artificially generated or altered. Different requirements apply depending on the type of AI use and who is responsible for it. In this course, you will learn how the transparency duties in Article 50 apply to interactive AI systems, synthetic content, deepfakes and certain public-interest text. The course distinguishes provider and deployer responsibilities, explains when disclosure or technical marking may be required, and shows how to build a practical transparency process inside an organisation.
